Personal Training

Having a personal training session at the Vofitnesss is an excellent way to kick-start your health and fitness journey. Whether you're returning to exercise after some time away and need motivation, or you're aiming to elevate your fitness level and build more muscle, we’re here to help you achieve your personal goals.

Vanessa will keep you motivated throughout your training program with guidance on healthy eating, regular advice, and accountability to help you stay on track. By ensuring you get the right foods to fuel your body while still enjoying delicious meals and snacks, and with weekly weigh-ins and measurements, you'll find it easy to stay committed to your goals.

As a private studio client, you’ll also receive free access to Vanessa’s health & fitness app. You'll have your own private account, where you can explore additional workouts to do on your own time, access helpful nutrition information, log your progress including measurements and weight, and use the in-app messaging service to reach out to Vanessa anytime for support outside of your sessions.

Additionally, you have the option to join a private WhatsApp group with Vanessa’s other like-minded clients. This is a fun, interactive, and safe space to share health tips, recipes, and celebrate each other's progress as you work toward your personal goals.
