What is online coaching?

Online coaching is a fantastic option for clients who haven’t had success with going to the gym or trying to “diet” on their own. Through online coaching, Vanessa will assess your current fitness level, lifestyle, and diet while gaining an understanding of the goals you’d like to achieve.

Exercise:

You’ll receive your own account on our app, where Vanessa will design a guided workout plan tailored specifically to you. Whether you prefer working out at home or in the gym, your plan will fit your preferences. Typically, we program 3-4 workouts per week, but this will depend on how much time you can dedicate to exercise each week. We also encourage plenty of daily movement and will ask you to track your steps.

Nutrition:

We’ll ask for some basic information to calculate your personalized macros and calorie targets. Vanessa will guide you on how to follow these targets and provide you with plenty of educational resources on food and fitness to support your journey to better health.

Support: 

Throughout your time working with Vanessa, you’ll have 24/7 access to her via message or email, and you can schedule a call if you need extra support. You’ll also be added to a WhatsApp support group with other women in the program, where we share tips, recipes, and encourage one another through challenging days.
